The majority of our educational content is delivered digitally through our online platform. Upon successful purchase and enrollment:

• You will receive immediate access to your purchased digital course materials
• Access is provided through your personal account on our platform
• Digital materials may include videos, documents, interactive exercises, and assessments
• No physical shipping is involved for purely digital courses

Some of our specialized courses, particularly in STEM and electronics, may include physical components such as:

• Educational kits and tools
• Electronic components and circuit boards
• Printed workbooks and reference materials
• Course-specific equipment

When physical materials are included with a course, this will be clearly indicated in the course description. These materials are shipped separately from digital access, which is granted immediately upon purchase.

Hold Space EdTech currently ships physical course materials only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Due to various logistical constraints, there are some restrictions on our shipping capabilities:

• International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of India.
• P.O. Boxes: Some larger course materials cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and require a physical street address.

Our shipping fee structure within India is as follows:

• Digital Content: No shipping fees apply to purely digital courses.
• Tamil Nadu: Standard shipping fees start at ₹99, with free shipping on orders over ₹2,000.
• Major Cities: Shipping fees start at ₹149, with free shipping on orders over ₹3,000.
• Other Regions: Shipping fees start at ₹199, varying by location and package weight.
• Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with rates calculated at checkout based on location and package details.
