1. Introduction

At HOLD SPACE EDTECH PVT LTD, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for a course or service you've purchased.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting a refund, and other important information regarding our refund procedures.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

2.1 Full Refunds

  • Course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing the course content, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within 7 business days
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content within 7 days of purchase

2.2 Partial Refunds

  • You have accessed between 20% and 50% of the course content within 14 days of purchase
  • Technical issues that significantly impact your learning experience but do not completely prevent access

2.3 No Refunds

  • You have accessed more than 50% of the course content
  • More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • You have completed the course or received a course completion certificate
  • You have violated our Terms of Service
  • For any downloadable resources or materials once they have been downloaded

3. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

  • For full refunds: within 7 days of the purchase date
  • For partial refunds: within 14 days of the purchase date

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Note: For courses with a duration of less than 14 days, the refund eligibility period will be limited to 3 days from the purchase date.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our platform
  2. Navigate to "My Courses" or "Purchase History"
  3. Select the course for which you want to request a refund
  4. Click on the "Request Refund" button
  5. Complete the refund request form, providing a detailed reason for your request
  6. Submit your request

Alternatively, you can email our support team at hssupport@holdspace.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Course Name]" and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Course name
  • Purchase date
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to the timeframe mentioned above.

5. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase
  • UPI Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original UPI ID
  • Net Banking: Refunds will be credited back to the bank account used for the purchase
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds will be credited back to the original wallet

In cases where the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we may issue the refund through an alternative method, which will be communicated to you.

6. Exceptions

The following products and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloadable resources or materials once they have been downloaded
  • Live webinar sessions that you have attended
  • One-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions that have already been conducted
  • Courses marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Subscription services after the first 7 days of the subscription period

Special Note: For bundle purchases or promotional offers, refunds will be calculated based on the regular price of the individual courses or services that you wish to keep, and the difference will be refunded.

7. Course Cancellations

In the rare event that HOLD SPACE EDTECH PVT LTD cancels a course:

  • You will receive a full refund for the canceled course
  • You may be offered the option to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value
  • If the replacement course is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference

We will make every effort to notify you of any course cancellations as soon as possible and process refunds promptly.
